ABC News (Australia): Vladimir Putin signals deepening ties between Moscow and Beijing, with Russia-China military alliance 'quite possible'
Russian President Vladimir Putin says there is no need for a Russia-China military alliance now, but notes it could be forged in the future.
Mr Putin, speaking at the annual meeting of the Valdai Discussion Club via video conference on Thursday, signaled deepening ties between Moscow and Beijing amid growing tensions in their relations with the United States.

It's bait for the west. We all know China will annex Russia in under 50 years, with a shrinking Russian population. They'll just be replaced. Bit by bit. 2bn hungry entitled Chinese to the north will just find an ancient map with Chinese drawings on it and make a move
US alliance is more probzble.
Jim I agree. We will see a partnership between Russia, Europe and the US. The world was poisoned by China.. no way we will forget this. Trillions and trillions lost, millions will die just of the economic consequences and importantly, China tried to make money off our deaths, selling us PPE they bought up prior, then pushed faulty goods on us and insulted us when we asked questions, called us racists, together with the left media. China will pay dearly for this.. their only hope is a Biden presidency as they've got his son on tape and also financially compromised
A more better world
I’m waiting for US / Russia alliance, sounds more progressive world than hearing so much of unreasonable enormous madness from China.
