No disrespect to the guy on the table, but that guy has a tire. How do I know? Most of us know if we are middle aged and honest.
With a tire that big, you have to wonder about insulin resistance with the attendant pre-diabetes or diabetes.
That guy in the picture has 2 risk factors. I bet he is 40ish or 50-ish and he is a guy.
So 3 or 4 risk factors.
