Joe Biden’s campaign has warned that Donald Trump could be escorted from the White House, amid reports he has no plans to concede.
In a statement, Biden campaign spokesperson Andrew Bates said: “As we said on July 19th, the American people will decide this election."
"And the United States government is perfectly capable of escorting trespassers out of the White House,” added Mr Bates, in apparent reference to the Republican president.
The remarks come in response to reports that Mr Trump has no plans to concede, should Mr Biden be confirmed as the president-elect on Friday.

As far as Dem fraud goes at least in the presidential election, as they say in golf, "there's meat on those bones." Is it enough "meat" to warrant court intervention. At this point, based upon what I have seen I would say no. Of course the Republicans and Trump may have information I do not have. Otherwise they would not have bothered with the court challenges.

On January 20th if it is a Biden victory which most likely it will be Trump will leave voluntarily. Escorting him out or making such threats really isn't necessary. If it came to that which it would not, the Republican leadership would escort him out. Concession or not America has a tradition of peaceful transfer of power. I would expect Trump to keep with this tradition. I would expect the Republicans to be better prepared in the future to prevent Democrat fraud from working against them. Frankly they've know about the is problem since at least the early 2000s but haven't really tried to deal with it.
If the roles were reversed, I would expect Biden's team to be doing exactly what Trump's team is doing and I would expect Trump's team to be doing exactly what Biden's is doing with some key differences. Whereas the support for Trump among Republican leadership is muted to non existent I would expect Democrat leadership support for Biden and his team to be very vocal. Also, whereas the media criticizes Trump for his actions they would encourage Biden in this area.
This is what will happen. After the court challenges are over and after the Secretary of States have called various states have called it, then a transition will take place if Biden won.
Don't expect Trump to illegally occupy the the White House. It is like everything else the liberals have said about Trump, a lie.

6,000 in one county. In one state Joe is winning by only 11,000. You very easily could commit voter fraud on the order of 100,000 or more. The system is designed, so there is no chain of custody in many instances. There are no efforts to design in strengthen nonrepudiation
There are efforts to undermine the system such as not reporting the vote total by the end of election day. That is a move designed to get rid of a check and balance.

If we multiply 47 counties times 6,000 votes and it can be proven, then perhaps that is enough "meat." SCOTUS will tread very lightly on this and will err on the side of not intervening IMHO due to the obvious political nature of this so the evidence better be very solid.
As I understand it, Biden is going to declare victory tonight. If the roles were reversed, I would expect Trump to do the same, however, I would expect media criticism for such a move as well as only tepid support for such a move by the Republican party. In contrast, the media and Democrat leaders seem to encouraging this. While it is more likely than not, that Biden will be the next president it might be prudent to at least wait until recounts which are almost certain to occur are completed and the legal process has been worked out.
I don't think Republicans will just sit by if accusations made against the Buden family are true, which there seems to be at least documented evidence and testimonials by witnesses, including taped recordings, we even have a Hunter Biden audiotape of Chinese spy ring connections.
Regarding the votes, there seems to be a massive fraud in place, again with first reports of witnesses, videos making their round, calls for transparency.
