The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is urging Americans to avoid all travel to Mexico as cases of COVID-19 continue to surge across the Central American nation.
Within the last two weeks, Mexico has surpassed more than 1.11 million confirmed cases of coronavirus and reported over 105,000 deaths – the fourth highest virus death toll in the world, behind the US, Brazil and India respectively.
Mexico also has the second-highest case fatality rate per every 100,000 residents of any country in the world at 9.5 percent.
Only Yemen, with a fatality rate of 28.3 percent, has fared worse.

WNU Editor: People I know in Mexico are telling me that there Covid-19 numbers are actually higher. Testing is not at the level that we see every day in the U.S. and Canada, and their health system has deficiencies.

If a ban on travel to Mexico is recommended by the CDC, why is there no recommended ban on travel from Mexico? If Mexico's situation is so dire why isn't there a complete ban on travel intercourse?
Travel should also be banned from Mexico.

Food shortages caused by inflation and other factors. They are not eating as much meat. They lack zinc.
Not getting a lot of vitamin D all covered either.
