Air Force Special Operations will have to adapt to major changes in mission and organization while coping with tighter budgets in the new era of great power competition, Lt. Gen. James Slife said Monday.
"One thing that's clear to us is that the future doesn't look a lot like the present to us," Slife, head of Air Force Special Operations Command, said in a virtual discussion with the Center for Strategic and international Studies.

But so long at money rolls to defense contractors for hardware no problem. Actual warfighting results are immaterial. All that matter is who gets the moolah at home.

First round of theft between 90s-2010s made China rich and you less wealthy. Then Obama did the sequester of the military and Chinese might rose.
Then a few more trillion here and there and you start the trade war with China. Trump was hailed as master mind in 2019, the US economy roared while Chinese saw the worst economic year in 70 years. Talk about removing Xi was all over China in the late summer ofc 2019.
Just two months later, a new disease from Wuhan befalls the earth. China makes trillions and the US loses easily 10 trillion.
Now Biden will do another sequester. Just think of the difference..

2020+ and 4 years under Biden and we will be either at war or dominated by China.
And why wouldn't the Chinese dominate us? No one fights back even after a combined twenty to thirty trillion have been taken and eradicated by China. And no one cares about the dead either. Who cares if you lost family, just don't upset CNN,MSNBC,NYTIMES and talk badly about Xi. And don't ask questions why your business shut down or your way of life ended, you racist! It doesn't matter if the Chinese have done all of this and on top have death camps, concentration camps, forced sterilisation, organ harvesting programs of the "to be terminated".
It all doesn't matter.
All that matters is this: you're a racist, so shut the fck up, buy Amazon stocks and Alibaba stocks, enjoy your slave life and don't forget to put your CCP poster up in the living room.
