Byron York, Washington Examiner: Yes, there is a hidden Trump vote
BUTLER, Pennsylvania — A man who came to President Trump's giant rally at a local airport Saturday night said he knew someone who planned to vote for Trump but felt too intimidated to say so publicly. I asked who it was. It was his mother, he answered, but she would kill him if she found out that he told anyone.
"There are a lot of people who are too afraid to put up a sign [for Trump]," he said, explaining that his neighborhood, more than an hour away, was mixed between Trump and Biden voters, and black and white voters. During the protests that followed the death of George Floyd, he said, "I pulled the Trump magnet off my Jeep. Everybody took their signs down. People don't want to be a target."
At some pro-Trump events around Pennsylvania in the last week — the president's event, a big road rally that stretched over three states, a small event for Trump volunteers and activists featuring Ivanka Trump, and in other conversations — a large number of people who openly support Trump said they knew someone personally who would vote for the president but would not publicly acknowledge doing so.
They pointed to the most difficult question of the campaign — how to measure the true number of people who will vote for the president? The phenomenon of so-called shy Trump voters is without any doubt real, but how big is it?

WNU Editor: All my friends who are voting for Trump and who live in New Jersey, Manhattan, Seattle, and the Bay area in California are telling me that they are not "advertising" on who they are going to vote for. So yes. There is a hidden and shy Trump vote out there based on what my friends are telling me.

Are they globe-trotting chalet owners, too?
11.38. What sort of meaningful comment is that? Crawl back under your rock and stay there for 4 more years.
chalet
noun, plural cha·lets [sha-leyz, shal-eyz; French shah-le].
1) a herdsman's hut in the Swiss Alps.
2) a kind of farmhouse, low and with wide eaves, common in Alpine regions.
3) any cottage, house, ski lodge, etc., built in this style.
Anyone making the average salary in a year or better (i.e. 50% of the population) Thinks about it or has a 2nd house or apartment. Some are timeshares and some are full houses. Some are vacay cabin rentals in the Northwoods.
I never seen a Hollywood actor get shamed for have more than 1 home.
Ditto for a liberal politician.
Never question how a person spend their money for a legit good or service.
Any person from India or China goes back several times to the home country in a decade to see relatives. Are they globetrotting? I see that 11:38 wants to use the word globe trotting in a pejorative sense.
I mention people form India and China, because there are many student from those countries in the US. They visit family very often. So 11:38 open your mouth when you are around them and tell them that they are globe trotters in a sneering tone. Go ahead they will not punch you out. Promise.
The super shy segment of voters are Dems who plan to vote for Trump. And there are many.

yes
About 5% of every Trump rally.
I live in Oregon. I know of two Trump voters who have each answered survey calls that they are voting for Biden. After they hang up, they laugh.
