Citizen arrest talk is just that, foolish talk. It is warranted, but not enough people would step forward. Those that did would be out numbered, arrested tried and convicted.
People, who think something out to be done, would just stand around and non assists. After your arrest, they would opine more and more that what you did was stupid.
The CIA and FBI are broken. They have not some their jobs. They did not do their job with the Hillary server. All they had to do is make an honest report. Maybe Comey gets fired, maybe he doesn't. But in the ensuing 2 years Hillary would have been prosecuted. The FBI would had to do nothing. the Federal Marshalls would have made the arrest,or the Mrs Clinton would have voluntarily gone to booking and appeared before occurred without any dramatic arrest.
The system has been broken since sat least that time. Any talk of citizens arrest will merely allow the machinery of the system to acquire and tag you and make an arrest of you at some time in the future. It is not that broken that it cannot arrest small fry however innocent.]
