Politico: ‘Fantasy world’: Pompeo knocks Biden administration picks as out of touch on foreign policy
The secretary of State cited incoming officials’ approach to Iran as an example of having “led from behind.”
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Tuesday criticized members of President-elect Joe Biden’s incoming administration, saying they’ve lived in a “fantasy world” and “led from behind.”
“I know some of these folks, they took a very different view, they lived in a bit of a fantasy world,” Pompeo said in an interview with Fox News anchor Bret Baier. “They led from behind, they appeased. I hope they will choose a different course.”

WNU Editor: Biden's team are from the previous administration and I expect a repeat of the Obama approach towards foreign policy. I certainly do not see anyone who is new in this team who will present a different view of the world.

There are many opportunities in Africa except for the dozen or so countries that are string or have foreign protection.

Shattering and leaving countries in pieces will lead to inevitable blowback that will be visited to us on our (American) homeland and being 7,000 to 12,000 miles away will not help these people or us. President Trump was elected to put a stop to these sorts of actions. He had made fairly good progress on this and had gained the respect of major world powers like China and Russia.
Now Amerucans who are virulent anti war elected Biden!! I think many of us didn't/don't like Trump personally and got caught up in our emotions and voted bkt truly understanding who and what we were voting for.
Once it becomes apparent I expect our people to adjust. I expect the Republicans to gain control of the House and Senate by large majorities in 2022 and for the likes of Biden and his team to be swept away and hopefully this will be sufficient on our part to at least mitigate the effects of the inevitable blowback.
B must stand for Blowback. So B Poster means Blowback Poster. It is always Blowback on America. It is never Blowback on you good Mother Russia.
If the US is somewhere then the majority of the time the Russians are there too before or after.
