A Review Of The Media Outlets That Pushed The Russian Disinformation Lie When The Hunter Biden Story Broke

Clockwise: Politico, Oct. 19; CNN, Oct. 25; NPR, Oct. 22; The Boston Globe, Oct. 20

The revelation that Hunter Biden is being criminally investigated for his business activities in China came on Monday from the investigative target himself, and he predictably and self-servingly depicted it as just a narrow probe about his “tax affairs” by the U.S. Attorney for Delaware.

As I wrote last night, that by itself would be significant enough — the documents published in the weeks before the election by The New York Post contained ample information about exactly that matter, yet were widely repressed by a union of mainstream news outlets, the intelligence community and Silicon Valley based on propaganda and lies. But new reporting suggest the investigation has been far broader.

WNU Editor: My beef with the U.S. media remains the same. It is not what they report that bothers me, it is what they choose to ignore. The Hunter Biden story is a classic example on how the main stream media operates, and kudos to Glenn Greenwald for documenting this evidence.

After going quiet in the months before the election, federal authorities are now actively investigating the business dealings of Hunter Biden, a person with knowledge of the probe said. His father, President-elect Joe Biden, is not implicated.
Now that the election is over, the investigation is entering a new phase. Federal prosecutors in Delaware, working with the IRS Criminal Investigation agency and the FBI, are taking overt steps such as issuing subpoenas and seeking interviews, the person with knowledge said.
Activity in the investigation had gone covert in recent months due to Justice Department guidelines prohibiting overt actions that could affect an election, the person said.
CNN contacted Biden's attorney and the campaign this week seeking comment about the investigation. On Wednesday, they released a statement acknowledging the probe.

"I learned yesterday for the first time that the U.S. Attorney's Office in Delaware advised my legal counsel, also yesterday, that they are investigating my tax affairs.

WNU, you act shocked!

The majority of the mainstream media have once again revealed themselves as nothing more than the communications arm of the Democratic Party.

FOX NEWS Makes More Money Than CNN, MSNBC, And NBC-ABC-And-CBS News Combined

Why would a business leave money on the table instead growing its customer base and its market share? No business does this unless they are partisan. So partisan in fact that they are are all but legally an arm of a political party.

It is not because the new customers they might get do not know the truth. No, that distinction has proven to belong to the legacy media itself.

Which is so funny as Mr. Cogito displays as much thought as a Xerox copier.

I think this is a Joke!! And no stories from WNU about the looming state challenge on the outcome of the election which was a fraud against the people of the US. Talk about media choosing their stories.

There has been a dearth of posts in the last 1/2 week. Although last we heard the GF's father was doing okay, my belief until I hear otherwise, is that this medical emergency is taking up a lot of WNU's time.

I am irritated about the lack of posts, but after short reflection, the problem is with me not the blogger. If I want more news, I can go out find more news articles or start my own blog. I for one have become a little too comfortable with the free news aggregation (which many in the paid news media fail to provide) and have become lazy.

My 2 cents.
