Vice Adm. Sam Paparo, who oversees the Navy's 5th Fleet based in Bahrain, said Sunday he has a 'healthy respect' for Iran's regular navy and the naval forces of its paramilitary Revolutionary Guard, during comments to the annual Manama Dialogue hosted by the International Institute for Strategic Studies.

Admiral is full of shit. Deterrence means the Iranian won't do anything kinetic in the Persian Gulf or Indian Ocean. They will keep operating their affiliated militias and agents in foreign countries as usual.
In Northern Mexico Iranian ally, Hezbollah, is embedded with the cartels. Cartel money is laundered through many Chinese American and Chinese-Mexican businesses.
Meanwhile Washington DC keeps grifting.
