Why would the Pope go to Iraq? The Christians SW of Mosul were decimated or wiped out. Any that went to refugee camps were not given refuge by Barack Insane Obama. Pope did not meaningful do anything for them either.
If he goes there and is taken out by some Muslim group although he is more communist than Christian ... is he Christian at all? ... what would liberals do other than another round of "Why do they hate us??
If the Pope were killed by Muslims, it could only get better. There are not many worse popes than Communist Francis. I suppose it could get worse if Khameini, Bill Clinton, Xi, or someone were chosen to replace him, but it is debatable.
