Contrary to the apprehensions of the US Department of Defense that China is wooing 12 countries to make them agree to host its military logistic facilities, Beijing is increasingly finding it difficult to succeed in its mission.

These 12 countries are Myanmar, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, Kenya, Seychelles, Tanzania, Angola, and Tajikistan.

"Trying to secure naval transit through the Indian Ocean to the Mideast and oil."

Why?

The Left wants us all in cities and riding on public transportation run by electricity powered by green energy. china is as advanced as us.

It literally begs the question.

Why do the need oil?

The future is now. Biden will propose all sorts or green energy projects. There is not one green energy project that liberals hate except ones built off the coast of Marthas Vinyard or The Hamptons.

Scratch that. The fruits, nuts and flakes of SOCAL hate oil derricks off their coast. So they are going to hate wind turbines anywhere south of San Fran Sicko as well.

With electrified buses and without cars, where is the need for oil?

The oil is for China itself.

The mountains in SW China are very rugged. It would make a pipeline difficult. If it could be done. The Chinese could bypass Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia.
