Shoppers have raided some supermarket shelves after Boris Johnson's lockdown announcement for England - but chains insist they still have good availability.
Video footage filmed at a Tesco branch in South Woodford, North East London, after 9pm last night showed limited stock left of toilet roll and kitchen roll.
Other pictures showed empty frozen food shelves, a lack of fresh bread and low supplies of toilet roll at a Tesco in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, this afternoon.

WNU Editor: I live in Canada in the province of Quebec, and we are on the verge of a complete lockdown .... Quebec is mulling a province-wide COVID-19 curfew, which would be a first in Canada (CTV). Fortunately. Panic buying has not hit us yet.

It is getting really, really bad out there. In Houston 5 grade schools, 2 middles schools and 1 high school will be closing. It turns out a speech therapist had COVID and passed it to all the students zhe saw, who passed it on to the rest of the student bodies. News from the grapevine is that many people are secretly happy because now they do not have a budget hole to fill. They are still dickering over burial costs. Some people want a mass grave and others are holding out for individual burials. It will be mass grave because the government wants to save lucre. It has been a really hard winter so far.
In New Hampshire we have a mask mandate. Governor Sununu said he is not stepping back with closures, we wll impeach him if he does. There's already a push for that with just a mask mandate. Armed protesters walk around his property line. He has a full time squad of NH State Troopers at his property. DeSantis in Florida will tell Biden to fuck off as he should. ther Red staters will do the same. None of this bullshit "science" works.
Lockdowns don't work, as soon as you lift it everyone goes out ansd spreads it. Everybody I see wears a mask. So that is not working either. Everyone avoids each other- so social distancing doesn't work. California, NY, Michigan, Illoinois are locked down yet it is spreading like wildfire. The more we wear a mask and lockdown and distance the more cases there are.
In typical democratic manner lets reinforce defeat- what your doing does not work so lets keep doing it. You must let it run through the population, burn throughthe available fuel and it's gone. Just like in 1918-1919 which was multitudes worse than this.
North Dakota vs South Dakota, one had a mask mandate one didn't, and if you look at their numbers they stayed nearly identical for the last 2 months.

It's not like the stores are going to close down or anything, why would people load up on groceries? From everything we have learned over the last 9 months we sure haven't learned anything.
