The Pentagon blocked members of President Joe Biden’s incoming administration from gaining access to critical information about current operations, including the troop drawdown in Afghanistan, upcoming special operations missions in Africa and the Covid-19 vaccine distribution program, according to new details provided by transition and defense officials.

WNU Editor: This sounds more like payback. And it is not unprecedented as much as the above Politico post likes to claim. During President Trump's transition his own National Security adviser Michael Flynn was successfully targeted by Obama loyalists in a perjury trap. National security information was also withheld over fears that President-elect Trump would accidentally or purposely reveal them. And need I remind everyone about all the intelligence leaks that were also occurring during this time to disrupt and distract the Trump transition.
