Joe Biden has started setting up a commission that would look at Supreme Court and federal judiciary reforms, which could lead the way toward 'court-packing'

 * Joe Biden has started setting up a commission that would look at Supreme Court and federal judiciary reforms, which could lead the way toward 'court-packing'
 * The commission would include conservative Jack Goldsmith, who advocated for Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation in 2018
 * This appointment of Kavanaugh ultimately led to progressive Democrats to call for adding more seats to the Supreme Court
 * Another person Biden has tapped for his commission has said she sees validity in the idea of expanding the highest U.S. court

Joe Biden is looking at creating a commission to study reforms to the Supreme Court, a new report revealed Wednesday, which could pave the way for 'court packing'.

Multiple people familiar with the matter told Politico that the bipartisan commission would fall under the White House Counsel's office and would look at recommending changes to the federal judiciary overall, not just the Supreme Court.

There will be somewhere between 9 and 15 members appointed to the commission, a source familiar with discussions outlined.

WNU Editor: This is an ominous sign. The executive branch of the U.S. Federal government laying the groundwork to radically change the judiciary to reflect their own point of view.

Clinton and Obama both tried to vastly overreach in their first months too. Since history tends to rhyme, I think we can bet on the House changing hands in 2022, and maybe the senate by a seat or two.

And if a Conservative takes the white house in 2024, everything President Harris did (and Biden in the few months they let him pretend to be the boss) by Executive Order will be undone with a few pen strokes.

Who we elect, what party we elect, seems to make no difference in the overall direction of western democracies. Censure, political disenfranchisement, expansion of police powers, expanding corporate and private monopolies. A ruling class amalgamation of civilian influence rivaling "elected" government. This has been a slow drip for Avery long time.I think we're close to an awakening of the masses.

Making the judiciary system at "the hand" of its own party it truly dictatorship. May be the democrat's don't want election anymore, why not?
