McClatchy News: White House looks at domestic travel restrictions as COVID mutation surges in Florida
The Biden administration is considering whether to impose domestic travel restrictions, including on Florida, fearful that coronavirus mutations are threatening to reverse hard-fought progress on the pandemic.
Outbreaks of the new variants — including a highly contagious one first identified in the United Kingdom, as well as others from South Africa and Brazil that scientists worry can evade existing vaccines — have lent urgency to a review of potential travel restrictions within the United States, one federal official said.
Discussions in the administration over potential travel restrictions do not target a specific state but focus on how to prevent the spread of variants that appear to be surging in a number of states, including Florida and California.

We had the normal amount of deaths per day, which is 0 to 3. I would model it with a Poisson distribution. They give the ages and they people dying by and large are ancient. They give the LTC status. However, like running dogs that they are, they usually fail to give a summary of health status That is an indication of comorbidities. Today, they failed to give status in comorbidities.
If you give a decadal age range and the country a person lived in, 99.999% of people would not be able to guess, who died if you also gave number of comorbidities.
If you give an decadal age range, county, comorbidities number, and nursing home name a few people might be able to guess who it was. HIPAA violation? Those people who could guess, already know.
ICU usage though is way, way down. I bet they know how to treat people better.
I have a relative filling in as a sub, because they are bored and for vacay money they in truth do not need filling in for a person 4 and 5 decades younger than them. That person is hiding out, because COVID fear and/or laziness (they have a 35 mile one way commute). I see one reason not mentioned that they would want to work to the system to telecommute. I agree with it. Not trusting you very young kid with child care providers. Other than that I consider them hiding out, because they can.
Here is the short of it. I have an elderly relative subbing n schools. They are not diabetic, hypertense or overweight. They get aerobic exercise. I have some concern, but I am not on pins and needles. COVID is real but is totally overblown for poltical reasons and profit.
Governor DeSantis and most other Republican governors response to Dementia Biden and his leftist control freaks will be a very clear "FUCK YOU."
