China's foreign minister called for a repair to bilateral relations
In the wake of the Trump administration, US-China relations are at their lowest point in decades. For weeks now, Chinese officials have been calling for better relations, and on Monday, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi continued the call.
“We stand ready to have candid communication with the US side, and engage in dialogues aimed at solving problems,” Wang said. He also called on the US to lift trade restrictions and stop interfering in China’s internal affairs. The US responded sharply to Wang’s remarks.

If they try to "put the squeeze" on Hunter, team Biden will take punitive action against China to try and stop them or to try and punish them for doing so. Such miscalculations often lead to war.
I asked rhetorically about what happens, if China squeezes cute baby Hunter. The stock apparatchik answer has I think a 3% to 15% of being right. More to the lower end. I think it will be a moot point because the DNC will dodge that bullet by replacing Lunchbox with Boots. It was the plan all along and if China pressures Lunchbox it will happen sooner than later. If it happens it'll be much harder for Big Willie to get little willie a dinner date.
