Statista: These Countries Have Yet To Start Covid-19 Vaccinations

As the United States pledges $4 billion to support COVAX and the equitable distribution of Covid-19 vaccines worldwide, a long list of governments still have not been able to secure enough doses to start inoculating their populations. Cuba: Socialism spill aisle 9.
Nicaragua: Socialism spill aisle 10.

South Korea: They figured the disease has burned itself out in South Korea?

Uruguay: If Uruguay is not well run, at least it is not poorly run like Latin America or the US is nowadays and really has not had troubles, since the 1970's liberal terrorist palooza.

Paraguay: Undestandable. They have all those interesting immigrants from the Middle East kicking back funds to Hezbollah.

Kazakhstan: Of all the stans, you would think they would have better resource and governance.
