"This resumed cooperation is said to have included the transfer of critical parts, with the most recent shipment associated with this relationship taking place in 2020."

When? 2020 covers a large range of time. 366 days.

Did the transfer take place before or after November 3rd?

Maybe that is reading too much into it.

Or maybe they waited until the poll numbers went osu8th at the end of May / beg9inning of June?

Why are they transferring parts?

Does both Iran and North Korea have a sufficiently large industrial capacity to manufacture any part?

Would they not need to only transfers the specs?

Critical parts which are?

If you know what they are, you can figure out how they are made. Are they not made. because of a make/buy decision or hard limits?
