China has expanded its use of anal swabs to screen for Covid-19 with anyone flying into Beijing now vulnerable to the tests despite growing protests from foreign governments.
A staffer at a Beijing epidemic control department told Chinese state media that all international arrivals in the capital could be ordered to take the tests by health officials, although they are not compulsory for everyone.
And in Shanghai, travelers from high-risk regions and those who arrive on planes with at least five positive cases must take a full battery of tests, including anal swabs.

Visited the country health department website.
A woman in her 70s living in a nursing home died. Is it uncommon for elderly nursing home resident to die?
I always thought the usually age of attained by nursing home residents was 120 years or more. Some people have calculated the average stay at a nursing home resident is 5 months. That must be a damn lie. We all know that nursing home residents live to be older than Methuselah. Or at least they did pre-COVID.
Maybe this is a crisis. All the people, who work in nursing homes, are now out of a job because there are no more nursing home residents? Perhaps these nurses, CNAs and other staff will protest daily at the 50 state capitols or march in Washington?
Someone has serious mental health issues, to encourage people to poison anyone's drink. Encouragement to murder should be a crime. Wait--isn't it a crime already?
I'm not saying to randomly poison people's drinks, it's a metaphor to fight back against this rampant tyranny

I believe mankind is being enslaved
I don't know who does the enslaving or why
I think putin is certainly corrupt but I don't think he's on the top of the foodchain either. This goes beyond what you or I know to exist in geopolitical sense.
I think, we, mankind are mentally and spiritually and even physically to some extend held back and on purpose.
Our whole planet and species has been infected with a virus of productivity rather than say spirituality. Conformity over individuality. Truth ministries. Fascism.
It repeats itself. History repeats itself perhaps for other reasons than we might expect.
By that I mean that our economic and socio cultural systems are directed
in such a way that it leads to a more and more sick species that's occupied with technology and perhaps in cyclical way destroys itself for the sick pleasure of tyrants.
We are literally being replaced by technology.
And I don't just mean our jobs.
I think in a sense of "the puppet masters " and "they live" (great scifis on this) in which mankind is being manipulated into endless wars and meaningless existence of production. That's tyranny. That's slavery.
And we might be in it without knowing it as everything can be done through money. An entire species can be corrupted and we wouldn't know it. .a carrot held in front of people to build what. ..?
Like no one truly believes that Trump really is all powerful, not even very powerful.
The real powerful people are not even the ones that own the ones that own things like the federal reserve.
I think above that is a group of "people" that outlive us and use us for either entertainment,research or for basic labour
Either that or we have created a monsterous system like an entity that almost lives, has its own immune system and by design enforces this more and more draconian world.
Or that's how all civilisations collapse after all, by rule of tyranny enforced by a system
