All disparate impact requires is for a bureaucrat to declare an imbalance of race or income among the residents of a local community or in its school's Advanced Placement courses.

So I went to a high school once and I saw a pool. It wasn't just any pool it was an Olympic sized pool and it was indoors. It was remarkable. More than a few kids stared at it through the mist covered plate glass. It was winter but the pool was heated and the windows were beaded with condensate.

Also, the wrestling room was 4 times the size of ours.

The "inner city" school had better facilities than the so called "better" districts in the 1970s.

So here we are with Democrats trying to screw everyone, because after 90 years they still have not got it right.

Some of the other steps they will take is criminalizing reading to your kids. All in the name of equality, equity, and the socialist way.
