ABC News (Australia): Dance troupe 101 Doll Squadron defends performance at HMAS Supply launch in Sydney
A Sydney dance troupe whose performance at the launch of a new $2 billion navy ship was panned as inappropriate have blamed coverage by the ABC and other media for making them feel "threatened" and "unsafe", after footage of the routine went viral.
The group, known as 101 Doll Squadron, singled out the ABC for what they called "deceptive editing". In a widely circulated ABC video, the troupe are seen performing — and at times, "twerking" — in front of stony-faced dignitaries attending the launch of the HMAS Supply in Woolloomooloo.

LOL I find it difficult to believe that these very modern Australian dance sluts would feel "upskirted" and "threatened" by media coverage of their vulgar and suggestive dance moves! I guess everyone is a victim in the 2020's!
As an Australian I'd like to apologise to the rest of the world for this performance. It was so embarrassing.
We can do better. Honest.
The 8ssue was the abc(aust communist party broadcaster lol) heavily edited to make it look like this occurred in front of brass and dignitaries.
It didn't, the brass and officials observed a proper military christening .
The girls were threatened by stupid comments like sluts for disrespecting military , when they simply did what they were asked to do.
I thought it was great! But my wife thought it was disgusting. So then I had to apologize for thinking it was great.
/Should have mixed in the Haka, Twerk/Haka - The Twaka.
(oh wait - that's NZ)
