"Home affairs secretary Mike Pezzullo urged to ‘tone it down’ after ‘drums of war’ speech" (The Guardian).

Do Labor frontbencher Bill Shorten and Western Australian premier, Mark McGowan want to reconsider their ill advised remarks?

What? China is telling Australia what to do and how to make their own policy? It's China which is meddling with the Australia internal affair.

It's possible that China thinks it now has enough Australian politicians, businesses and expats wrapping around their little finger to meddle as much as they wish.

Sad but true. Cutting off the iron ore would reveal the true communist hand very quickly, only problem chink gov are not woke and seem to be prepared. Running to the states again for help becoming less viable. Play the long game either way oz is in trouble. Greediness has a price and the bill is nearly due. Not like the people in oz haven’t seem this coming either

When the Aussie's and then New Zealanders allowed themselves to be disarmed, I told some that they forget that the japs in WW2 had plans to invade them. One day, because of the China threat, they will regret submitting to their gubment. I hope must people in those countries did not surrender their firearms.
