The White House’s decision to send millions of doses of AstraZeneca’s Covid-19 vaccine overseas has split top Biden administration officials — with many arguing that the government cannot reduce its stockpile of doses on hand given recent disruptions in U.S. vaccine production.
The announcement Monday followed a call between President Joe Biden and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whose nation has been overwhelmed by a second wave of cases. The news sent several top administration officials scrambling to figure out who had determined that the U.S. would not need the AstraZeneca shots over the next several months, according to three senior officials with knowledge of the situation.

140 million out of 330 million people. We are damn near herd immunity. What is wrong? Have various people lied about the denominator? Are there more than 11, 12 or 30 million illegals, dishonest people wanted to frame an argument by any means necessary? OR that there are so many illegals many of them COVID infected on the way thanks to Joe's welcome wagon rhetoric during the presidential campaign?
Maybe this is a Chinese bioweapon that escaped or purposefully released and the ODNI and White House are afraid they are releasing variants until they hit the jackpot. Call a spade a spade and we are at war, which would kill more than COVID ever would. So we pretend not to know and not let the public know. Or maybe it was a simple escape into the wild and this weak virus allows many leaders in the West to entertain their inner fascist dictator.

Production lines might have kinks but barring sabotage, vaccine is going to be churned out like clockwork.
We have 81 million vaccinations to go. Assuming that we do not count that some people have resistance now due to having been infected in the last year.
India is a natural ally and not helping them put in a big way is stupid. But Joe does not make decisions. He takes orders and carries them out for an hour a day.
