Russia Orders Soldiers Back To Permanent Bases After Drills In Crimea And Near The Ukraine Border

 

Daily Mail: Putin signals the start of a pull back of his troops following military drills in Crimea – with Ukraine 'welcoming' Russia's withdrawal from their border 

* President Volodymyr Zelensky said he 'welcomed' Russia's withdrawal but that Kiev would remain vigilant 

 * Pro-Kremlin media announced pull back but it was not clear whether this meant Russia's entire force of more than 100,000 along the frontier or just those which took part in massive war games in the Crimea on Thursday 

* The exercise involved over 10,000 troops, 40 warships, over 200 warplanes, and about 1,200 vehicles 

* Comes as Putin yesterday gave a very real warning the West not to interfere in ratcheting tensions in Ukraine Vladimir Putin has signalled Russia will start pulling back troops after carrying out huge military drills in Crimea today involving 10,000 soldiers, 40 warships and 200 planes. 

Ukraine remained wary of its adversary which has massed more than 100,000 troops on its border over the last few weeks. President Volodymyr Zelensky said he 'welcomed' Russia's withdrawal but that Kiev would remain vigilant.

They left equipment behind. because there will be more exercises later in the year. Redeployment will be easier than this round. Wait until it gets hot in the US. Biden already backed down once. He ain't going to get any stronger. God forbid Obama is Hawaii surfing and Joe needs consent?
