Germany took coal off line on January 1, 2011.

Germany had 41 years to prepare this stupidity. 41 YEARS!

You can always assume hostile powers are doing something or trying to do something. Even allies spy on each other.
A few years back the CIA bragged about being able to break into systems and make it look like something else. At the time many Americans felt good that the CIA was so tech savvy. It is just natural. However, like stealth tech it can be stolen or imitated. Then there is the problem of the CIA and FBI being political like sitting on Hunter's laptop. Or the Secret Service digging through trash cans for Hunter's gun.
How can the Russian compete, when Democrats have:
1. Ballot Harvesting (with combines)?
2. Drop Boxes?
3. No signature verification or chain of custody?
4. Throw out lection observers"?
5. Stop vote counting across 7 states at there same time to see where they are at and what they need and then restart in counting in complete secrecy?
