France 24: US officials tour Europe to shore up allied support on Russia, China and Iran
Top US officials are in Europe this week seeking to shore up allied support on countering Iran and China as well as recent Russian moves at the Ukraine border.
US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin arrived in Berlin on his inaugural tour of Europe while Secretary of State Antony Blinken went to Brussels on Tuesday for talks on Ukraine and NATO troops in Afghanistan.
Nearly a year after President Donald Trump ordered thousands of troops to leave Germany, capping a series of setbacks for US relations with major allies, US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin began an inaugural tour of Europe to shore up partnerships that are a cornerstone of the post-World War II order.

I never knew Blinken and Austin were a tag team comedy act.
So in 1938 the smooth move by Chamberlain would have been to get Germany agree to not develop nuclear weapons, allow nuclear weapons inspection in Germany except for Bavarian caves and then ask the rest of Europe to get onboard a coalition against Germany.
We never saw what Stinky's thesis was, but we saw the thesis of his wife and it was a beaut. He married that.
