Bloomberg: Gas Stations Running Dry as Hacked Pipeline Tries to Restart
(Bloomberg) -- Gas stations along the U.S. East Coast are beginning to run out of fuel as North America’s biggest petroleum pipeline races to recover from a paralyzing cyberattack that has kept it shut for three days.
From North Carolina to Florida to Alabama, gas stations are reporting that they’ve sold out of fuel as supplies in the region dwindle and panic buying begins to set in.
At least two gas stations in Tallahassee, Florida, were completely out of stock, according to employees who asked not to be named.
In Asheville, North Carolina, Aubrey Clements, a clerk at an Exxon Mobil station answered the phone with “Hello, I’m currently out of gas.”

More and more talk show hosts are talking about Russia AND China.
More of them are talking about at least an accidental wild escape of the virus from the Wuhan lab. Anger at China and how they run research lab moves in lockstep with lockdown, mask mandates/guidelines, vaccines, vaccine passports and the rest. Trump is gone. And yet we still get the news media hyping a mediocre disease and keep having economic fallout, so people keep getting reminded of China.
There is a big problem for Putin. If you have been n power forever and their is no kabuki theater changing of the guard, you own it and Putin probably does. The reasoning is that nothing goes on without Putin's knowledge. Putin is not omniscient like Santa Claus. However a small or large criminal syndicate have been allowed to operate for years if not 2 decades with ransomware attacks. The FSB, GRU or someone in Russian government knows about it and allows it to go on.
Trump is gone. Rush is gone. Still the Wuhan lab and Russian hackers are still being brought up. It will be hard for a party apparatus to bait and switch and focus on a domestic person. They cannot on Rush. They will try with Trump.
The first excuse is that there is no problem. The second excuse will be Trump. The second excuse is not flying when senior state department officials lie about overseas military drawdown and the AG William Barr will not fire obviously partisan and dirty officials like Wray. With so many officials working crosswise to the last president and with it coming out now or them bragging about it. It will be hard to say it is Trump's fault.
Does Colonial bear responsibility? It does. But so does the American intel community, DOJ and state department, whose movers and shakers are not getting the job done.
China, Russia and The Deep State are all on the hook.
Hiding Grandpa Groper at Campo David on the weekend to occasionally trot him out for word salad is not going to cut it.

Hillary had her misspelled Russian reset button in 2009. Much of the animus toward Russia is not genuine, but merely to score domestic points. It does not mean there is not justified animus. It means most of what we see and hear is for domestic consumption.
