President Vladimir Putin has issued a fiery rebuke to those who, he says, are intent on bringing about the breakup of the world’s largest country, insisting that Russia will defend itself from potential interference from overseas.
In a speech on Tuesday to the ‘Victory’ organizing committee, which is responsible for memorializing those killed in the Second World War, the Russian leader claimed that “everyone wants to bite us somewhere, or to bite something off of us.” If or when this happens, he said the country will “knock out the teeth” of those who try. He said that Russia’s size and its natural resources meant that rivals would always find reasons to attempt to clip its wings as it grew stronger.

Well last time Russians tried to bite Americans and overrun a base, it ended 200:0 for the US.

TBF it was the Russian 2nd or 3rd string against the American 1st string. Also the American allies, the Kurds, were markedly better than the Russian allies.
Who got air cover and who did not. The Americans had air support. Often, if you have sea or naval power that can support your force, you can be numerical smaller and still kick ass. A stone paper scissors kind of deal.
I would view operations in Europe with a more jaundiced eye. It might be especially so, since Austin and Bishop Garrison are going to ream the US military for no good reason o9ther than to secure Democrat P)arty power in perpetuity.

Yeah all true, either way, I said it back then and say it again, we shouldn't fight Russians and not celebrate their death.
