Words just do mean things. What a fucking lie. You can keep the peace between the Tuareg and the Mali an government. That is possible.
What you cannot do is keep peace between the good people of Mali and the jihadists. Jihadist follow Islamic law and according to Islamic law no peace deal or ceasefire is worth the paper it is written on. An Islamic entity can break any peace treaty with any non-Muslim group anytime it is advantageous to them.
99% of the people in government have college degrees and what this tells me is that college degrees are worthless.
