A CIA officer who was forced to take early retirement after suffering from 'Havana Syndrome' feared to have been caused by a secret Russian microwave weapon claims the condition is an 'act of war' against the US.
Marc Polymeropolous claims he was zapped with the frequency while visiting a Moscow hotel room back in 2017, and blames it for destroying his career, as well as debilitating headaches he continues to suffer from this day.
Recalling that trip, he said: 'Even in my hotel room, I'd go to the gym, and a guy in a black trench coat comes down and, you know, checks on me down there,' he told CBS News' Catherine Herridge. 'Not unexpected. Part of the job.'

Same government, the US government allowed both insults (injury or death to the body) to occur.
In the case of the CIA agent, the USG allowed foreign governments to irradiate American government employees without the slightest consequence. This story goes back to the Obama maladministration and diplomats being injured since 2014/2015. As Cuba is n island and a dictatorial state only the state and its allies could have harmed the US diplomats stationed there.
Now that you have me thoroughly pissed off as of I wasn't before I remember the radar techs in the early days of radar coming down with cancer due to EM energy from radar. Nice stuff like testicular cancer and the bennies. I bet the techs complained of brain fog too. Then there are the directed energy weapons China is using and the the US is developing. It shows that there is a large body of knowledge and many professionals, who could of guessed what was happening in Havana. Awhile back when there was a blog post on American marines, CIA agents and diplomats killed by Hezbollah in Lebanon WNU said they also killed Soviet agents as well. However this stopped after the Soviets started leaving Hezbollah people worse than dead and Hezbollah left well enough alone.

There was price for not retaliating for what happened in Havana years back. The price is that enemies have gotten bolder and attack USG staffers in the capital itself.
This is the same government that is Keystone Kops or do not care that just fucked over the whole country over corona virus. Lt. David Schmitz paid with his life.
