For more than a decade Boeing (NYSE:BA) has operated a reusable spy spacecraft called the X-37B -- mostly in secret.
Americans got their first glimpse of the vehicle -- which resembles a miniature, 29-foot-long, silicon-coated version of the Space Shuttle -- when it returned from a seven-month maiden flight through Earth orbit to land at California's Vandenberg Air Force Base in 2012.
Military tech website War on the Rocks calls X-37B "the first true military spaceplane," and predicts that over time, experimental flights with the X-37B will give rise to "massive fleets of very large, maneuverable, and reusable spacefaring vehicles" working for the U.S. Space Force.

WNU Editor: SpaceX is IMHO the best positioned company to be Space Force's prime defense contractor. And it does not stop with rockets. I am blown away by Elon Musk's Starlink project and what it will be delivering (link here).

Watch for acquisition attempts.
Because of lame big telecom (isp) companies in the US there are no real options for high speed internet anywhere in the US. Starlink will rule. It works, it's cheap, it's simple to install and use.
