I'll take Fox & Friend over the Today show any day. I know what they meant. They meant twice the speed of sound.

I like a low key coffee klatch, when I am getting up. Heart attacks typically peak at 10 AM. Why would I want to get all wound up at 7 AM give or take an hour? I like the Fox and Friends format.
Anyways Troy is not the first one to call Fox And Friends a coffee klatch. It has been called that 10 years ago are more. Liberals are just jealous.
I have not seen Fox and Friends since the original anchors of Steve Doocy, Ainsley Earhardt, and Brian Kilmeade.
