Joe Biden awkwardly fumbled with notes in his suit jacket pocket to answer a reporter's question on something he was briefed on just moments before – as the former White House physician to Donald Trump insists the president take a cognitive test.
'With the most recent hack by the Russians, would you say that this means –' a reporter began asking Biden as he checked out from King Orchards farm store in Central Lake, Michigan on Saturday.
The 78-year-old president, however, cut off the reporter, saying U.S. intelligence is not sure if the hack came from the Kremlin.

WNU Editor: The quality of the video is not great, but it is disturbing. My mother is 95 years old and has dementia. But she is more animated and responsive in a Dairy Queen getting ice cream than what I am seeing in the above clip. Granted .... the President may be tired after a long day of traveling and briefings. But the optics are terrible.
As to his answer on the US government not knowing who is responsible for the latest ransomware attacks .... this is a huge pull-back from previous claims that the Kremlin was responsible, and an admission that they are not sure on who are the perpetrators of these crimes.

Why the pullback? Because the cool kids running the White House in Joe's name having convinced themselves that blaming Russia was a good idea and they they might even believe, sat down with the Pentagon to get something done and told them that they could not prove it or it would be stupid to start a war and they would not start one on their behalf.
I believe it was the Russians. I also believe if you enemy hits you and you do not know which one, you hit them all. Keep them honest/
First, it is stupid to tell "America will retaliate" because making an official attack against vs a supposed private one is an act of war. It would be better to say "I hope some hackers will not retaliate to you". It is hypocritical, of course, but the message would be understood.
Second, giving a list of domains which are red line,means all the rest is okay. What a stupid strategy! It's better to let the other side to guess what is what.
Trump has all his mind even Democrat's was making fun of him for much less than Sleepy Joe.

A major American newspaper is downsizing. It is the Chicago Tribunes. It the top 10 or 30 news papers fold or downsize so much that they are just echo chambers for the AP, where will Fred go?
Barring the denigration of any media that is not left of center, we have much video where people can judge for themselves. How do you denigrate the video? Fred telling people not to believe their lying eyes?
I wonder why Fred comes to this website? To monitor people? People have disagreements with WNU's opinions with military, politics, and corona. However, Fred appears to disagree with something which WNU has firsthand knowledge. That is dementia. WNU can observe it first and and talk to the doctors treating his mother. It does not make WNU a world class expert on the subject, but it definitely makes him more than an armchair expert. This is very curious action by Fred.
