Sudan Reviewing Agreement On The Establishment Of A Russian Navy Base

Ahram Online/AFP: Sudan lawmakers to review Russian navy base deal

'The Sudanese legislature will discuss and consider this document,' Mahdi said

I see no problem with the Russian base. Sudanese feeling they are not getting enough rent or there may be a spying problem?

A Russian base will help the local economy as part of the Russian payroll will be spent there also the Russian will contract for goods and services for the base.

Russian having a nifty bases is offset by knowing where they are in case war breaks out.
