U.S. Defense Contractor Raytheon Has A Critical Race Theory Program That Calls On White Employees To Acknowledge Their 'Privilege'

* Raytheon launched the 'Stronger Together' campaign last summer 

* Urged workers to 'develop intersectional allyship in the workplace' 

* Called on them to 'identify everyone's race' to 'address racial injustice' 

* Instructs them 'we really need to be striving for equity' rather than 'equality' 

Raytheon Technologies, the second largest U.S. defense contractor, is asking its employees to 'identify their privilege' and 'develop intersectional allyship' in a 'woke' training course, leaked documents show. 

Raytheon CEO Greg Hayes spearheaded the campaign called 'Stronger Together' starting last summer, which was revealed through training documents reported by Chris Rufo, a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute, a conservative think-tank.

WNU Editor: The US constitution and the laws that are now being passed by state governments to ban CRT is very simple. You cannot teach racism. You cannot make people feel bad because of their skin or the origins of their ancestors. Clearly Raytheon has a different idea.

Equity? Does it mean that someone who is shorter than an other one must have more right for reaching equity? This kind of thinking is extremely dangerous because the poorest you are the more vote you have hand vice versa, because your ancestor has a "privilege" you don't have anymore the right to vote and of course only the one who didn't have the "privilege have the right to vote.
This what "equity" is and that is the road of dictatorship for the one who can judge what is equity for who.
