As much as I dislike en masse immigration programs, these folks put their lives on the line to help US efforts, and are clearly opposed to Islamic extremism as practiced by the Taliban. So, heck yeah, the kind of immigrants I can easily deal with.
It is not this generation that is necessarily dangerous,. It is the next dangerous. If they do not fit in or have their expectations met, a sizeable number will join ISIS. Look at the Tsearnaevs, the French experience or the Somali immigrants.
I disagree, 11:59. We've had Afghans working as role players at the 29Palms Marine base when we were actively fighting taliban and other extremists. I'm not aware of any incidents.
