All Taliban leaders should be executed the moment the step outside of Afghanistan. It is the only language they understand.

The only way the Taliban is going to keep that equipment operating is with spare parts, which cost money. So unless China come up with enough profit to share in mining look for the Taliban to keep growing poppies.

Maybe the next time the Pentagon and CIA will tell the president, the president's staff, and legislators the hard truth of guerilla sanctuaries be they in Cambodia, Laos or Pakistan and tell them HELL NO! We won't go unless legislators WAKE THE FUCK UP and DO SMORTHING CONSTRUCTIVE!

Ever drive through a base not a COP and see the CIA guys having a barbeque? No base, no base of operations.

You would have to be real gutsy or stupid tom operate out of the embassy at Kabul. As antagonistic as our good ally Pakistan is, would Islamabad be any better. Maybe the prime minister is reading the tea leaves and he knows without the US in Afghanistan 2 billion just disappeared from the Pakistan economy. Do you like being milked like a cow, ewe, or goat? Money does trickle down, so now not only he will have less money, but people at the bottom of the social pyramid and there are likely to be more riots and his head is not resting easily upon his shoulders.

Maybe that jerk instead of assisting a Taliban victory or just stringing the wear out should have looked out how peace in Afghanistan with economic prosperity there would also grow the Pakistani economy. Too late now.

With any luck South Africa will look peaceful compared to Pakistan. And if it is, it could not happen to better people.
