President Joe Biden promised on Thursday to hunt down and destroy the terrorists who killed 11 U.S. Marines and a navy medic, along with dozens of Afghans, in a double suicide attack on Kabul airport.
He paid tribute to the 'selfless heroes' who died helping vulnerable people to safety, but delivered a stern warning to the people responsible.
'For those who carried out this attack, as well as anyone who wishes America harm, know this: We will not forgive, we will not forget,' he said in an address at the White House, after a day consulting with his national security team and senior generals.

So what. What does McKenzie's statement mean? They are going to eliminate the dozen or score people that were part of that cell or unit and call it a day?
They are not serious. You can kill a 100 or 1,000 of them and they are just going to regenerate. You have to kill them at such a rate the organization cannot regenerate faster than losses and they live in fear. Such fear that they beg you to stop. I do not see it. Either they win or we win.
