WNU Editor: Russian President Putin had a personal relationship with Presidents Bush, Trump, and to a lesser extent Obama. On issues of national security both sides were usually able to find some common ground.
Putin does not have one with President Biden. In fact. I would say the relationship is downright hostile, and the worse that I have ever seen between the Presidents of Russia and the U.S.in today. In today's environment there is no way President Putin is going to accommodate President Biden, even if it is in Russia's interest to do so.

So much about vaccine safety
So now Putin directs US foreign policy? Putin tells Biden, "No, you can't stage assets in Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, etc", and Biden concedes? What does Putin have on Biden?
Putin's refusal is a reason to cry crocodile tears, when Russians worry about jihadism spreading form Afghanistan.
Obama remarked Biden has an “ability to f**k things up”.
O 'TURNS ON JOE' Obama ‘said Biden has an “ability to f**k things up”‘ amid ‘bitter tensions’ after ex-president’s ‘weak’ endorsement
Maybe of the last 4 presidents Biden is the least moral, least smart, and least tough of them and so Putin loathes him.
Maybe the acorn did not fall far from the tree. Maybe the Russians have a dossier on Joe Biden that is near the one they have of Hunter' sexcapades? Maybe Democrats might consider the Pee tape is a hoax and they should look at Joe's bed? Good job Democrats for engineering the steal and foisting this bastard on us.
Putin is cutting off his nose to spite his face by refusing these bases. Not only is America hurt, but Russia too.
What does Putin have? Jill was not Joe's only extramarital rodeo.
I'm not so sure that Putin's attitude about Biden is hostile, as much as it's contemptuous.
