PJ Media: Rachel Maddow Cries While Telling Story of Afghan Translator Fleeing Kabul
MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow — a left-winger who has engaged in lots of conspiratorial balderdash through the years — was reduced to tears this week as she shared the story of an Afghan translator who tried to escape the country as the Taliban seized control.
While the Biden administration and its most obsequious media claim everything is going swimmingly in Afghanistan, Maddow explains that it’s a debacle, which has forced stateside veterans to make arrangements to help translators with whom they worked get out of the country safely before the White House’s artificial Aug. 31 deadline.
Maddow focused on the story of a translator called “Zak” and Marine Corps Major Tom Schueman, who served together a decade ago.
Schueman worked for months via phone and computer to help Zak and his family escape the tumult and come to America. The story has highs, lows, and often shows our federal government’s ineptitude.

Biden’s statement that he has seen ‘no question of our credibility from our allies’ has said allies furious.
Every NATO country has people trapped in Afghanistan and they tend to be trust fund babies or friends of trust fund babies.
Every prime minister’s phone is blowing up with VERY IMPORTANT PEOPLE asking how they’re going to get their kids or their kids’ friends out of Afghanistan and every ally is blowing up the phones of the White House and State Department and getting jack shit from them.
And they’re all blaming ‘America’ but they also know it’s on Biden.
Somebody can probably get an at least ‘off the record’ statement on this from just about any embassy in NATO.
Furious doesn’t cover it.
You’d think that this administration would know all about the management of trust fund babies.

I can't say I'm enjoying this since the situation is so terrible, but I agree there's a very slim to none chance some of these faces will be gone from our screens. Also, maybe some hope for some new leadership.
Trust fund kids in Afghanistan? Why?
They were part of an NGO? Okay, but why did they wait so late to leave? They could have left anytime between March and July.
They waited so long to leave, makes me suggest that we try to get out interpreters first although they are Muslim and some actually work for the Taliban.

95% of the US media are not entitled to criticise Biden. Expecially CNN, NSNBC, Washington Post, NY Times & others. They did their damndest to get crazy Joe elected.
