We are serious now! We are sending the CIA director instead of the Sexetary of State 'lil Tony Blinken. Imran Khan must be shaking in his boots.

Honestly, sending William J. Burns is a shrewd move. Imran Khan won't laugh nearly so hard by sending Burns instead of soy boy Tony Blinken. But Khan will still laugh.

12:39: Can any country, including Pakistan, trust the Taliban, especially if ISIS and other such group also set up shop there? Maybe we'll be the ones laughing a few years. Pakistan and Russia and China? Not so much. Radical Islam is a cancer that infects everything indiscriminately. No rhyme or reason needed.

If you read up on this, you will discover that Pakistan has long worked alongside the Taliban. The Taliban has been using Pakistan as a base from time to time and gets materials sent to them via Pakistan, though Pakistan rips a lot of it off to keep for themselves. Where did O.B. Ladin make his home just before he was taken out? Not far from a military base in Pakistan.
