Australia broke the contract. There are fee associated with breaking the contract. It will be negotiated.

The American negotiators could have suggested a partial solution. They could have a mix and regular subs.

The Americans IMO were unprofessional.

Because French was? And, eh, selling weapons is not as selling carpet.

This is far more than subs. Australia is going to allow its airbases to host all US aircraft, their defense minister said so. Nuclear bombers, conventional bombers, U2, drones, the works.
Australia said it will be interested in hosting long range missiles.

Australia must be quite frightened by recent Chinese behavior. China does that to its neighbors.

It's not betrayal of France, if the left does it

It's not spying on a political opponent, if the left does it

It's not a military coup either, if the left does it

It's not voter suppression and attack on democracy, if the left does it

It's not organ harvesting, if the left does it

It's not taking political prisoners, if the left does it

It's not racism, nor cultural subversion, if the left does it

It's not an upending of judeo Christian value system and our entire civilisation, if the left does it

It's not censorship, if the left does it

It's not violence either, if the left does it

CNN will call them mostly peaceful while they murder you on live TV

And Democrat AGs will bail them out and smear your history while your burial service is still ongoing

That's the world the left creates

If you don't want this for your children, speak up, stand up, organise, take back control, vote them out, make arrests for their crimes and never ever let these monsters get control again. Ever.

Makes me wonder what kind of bribes the French doled out for the first contract to elicit such a disproportional response.

This was an absolutely massive arms deal but this feels like a bit much.
