President Joe Biden will host the first in-person meeting of the Quad Friday - what the White House calls an 'informal' partnership between the U.S., India, Japan and Australia.
Biden will meet separately with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga before hosting both leaders, as well as Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison, at an afternoon White House summit.
The White House is expected to announce new vaccine commitments at the event.

Three of the four Quad members just launched a military alliance against China by committing to turn Australia into a major power projection nation hosting all types of US jets, long range missiles, heavy American troop presence and nuclear submarines.
India is once again in a precarious position, join in or stand off as it historically has done? So many calculations to make, especially with Joe Biden who these leaders know is feeble and not in full control of the US government.
Arizona audit shows serious descrepancies, not including the 15,000 duplicate ballots, 1.5 times Biden's margin of error. Claims the AZ results should never have been certified.
