If Putin wants to make amends he could use slave labor at Magadan mine like in the Stalin years. The West will generously supply the slaves (i.e. climate scientists).

If you have lived in the ParanĂ¡ Basin in the past, you do not recognize it now. Look at all the rivers feeding into that have been impounded. Add to that the growing population. So they had a drought in 1944 and they are having one now.

The river is low. So? Increased population, increased impoundment, and drought gives you low levels on some part of the river. Look at the map and see the "thick" rivers. Those are all due to dams. So yeah downstream has less water. It is not climate change.

Climate scientist need to be sent to Siberia.
