Al-Monitor: Iran commander rejoices at US ‘defeats’
The IRGC commander was enumerating US failures in the region only hours after reports that Israel was allocating a special budget for a military strike on Iran.
The commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said the United States has “fled” Afghanistan and is currently counting its “last months” in Iraq as well. Underlining Washington’s regional “defeats,” Hossein Salami added that US “plots” in Lebanon and Syria have also failed. The Iranian general, known for his ferocious anti-West rhetoric, was speaking at a “martyrs' graveyard” in the southeastern city of Kerman, where his former colleague, slain commander Maj. Gen. Qasem Soleimani,i s also buried.

WNU Editor: The Iranian government knows that the US defeat in Afghanistan has made President Biden vulnerable in the Middle East. They are not going to let this go to waste. I predict Iran will be intensifying its efforts on having the US presence in Iraq removed, and to win the war in Yemen.

Someone should tell the White house National Security adviser that Saudi Arabia's priority is not Israel, it is Iran, its nuclear program, and its efforts in Iraq and Yemen.

Israel and Saudi Arabia already have a cooperative framework. In other words they are not antagonistic toward one another and do work in concert on shared goals. Unlike Biden, they both realize Iran is an enemy.
Of course Iran is howling at the Biden follies. It benefits them in the propaganda sense and increases the chance that - seeing the feckless, self-destructive Biden policies - they'll advance their next terrorist attack. Especially since they border an unmonitored terrorist training camp the size of Texas.
Biden is Shit Midas. Everything he's touched has turned to garbage. He's turned strength into weakness, security into vulnerability, prosperity into poverty.
