Security in Europe can only be collective, but NATO is not ready for equal dialogue, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu has said. NATO earlier agreed on a master plan to deter Moscow, including with nuclear weapons.
German Defense Minister Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer has been one of the most active backers of NATO's new master plan to counter Russia in case a military conflict breaks out between the sides.
The strategy, which was agreed on Thursday, envisages the military alliance’s troops fighting Russian forces in the Baltic region and across the Black Sea, while also calling for non-conventional warfare, including nuclear weapons, cyber-attacks, and space military technology, to be employed.

As to what is my take.
The West and Russia have been living under the threat of nuclear war for decades. Now is not the time to raise nuclear war tensions.

The West is currently led by morons. Kramp and VDL before her knew nothing about defense when appointed Minister of Defense. Germany just doesn’t care much about the military.
A President Trump would have told Kramp to mind her own business and sit down.
a woman who hasn't even been to basic training and wouldn't one end of a rifle from the other is now minister of defence and making nuclear threats against a major nuclear power that is one of her nations main energy source
It's worse than just "morons"
They are traitors to our believs, our morals and principles
They act like tyrants, they do not listen to what their people want, they force unsafe drugs on us, they destroy our culture, history and economies
That's beyond being stupid. It's planned, it's coordinated and they are doing it.
At one point, if they do not leave office peacefully, we must treat them for what they are. Based on their own actions, they are breaking so many standing laws of which some actions require capital punishment by laws they and we all had signed prior
I don't see the need for Russia to respond to such talk.
