Russia mostly targeted government agencies and think tanks in the U.S., followed by Ukraine, Britain and European NATO members, the company said.
The devastating effectiveness of the long-undetected SolarWinds hack - it mainly breached information technology businesses including Microsoft - also boosted Russian state-backed hackers' success rate to 32 percent in the year ending June 30, compared with 21 percent in the preceding 12 months.

You deem desperate about something. I'm not sure what. Trump is largely irrelevant at this point. He has am enthusiastic but relatively small and dwindling following for his "rallies," the donor class that a politician needs to mount an effective campaign has abandoned him, he's been banned from the social media platforms that a political leader must have to get their message out, his internet providers aren't professional as no others will host his internet activities, the prosecutors with their unlimited funds and resources are crcling like sharks eith nothing to make them afraid or concerned, and his entire campaign is limited to increasingly desperate and ridiculous attempts to raise funds from donors who already tapped out.
The sensible thing for his opponents would be to ignore him. He's irrelevant. If none of this works, the government response to the pandemic has been brutal. As a person whose wealth was obtained in hospitality industries who were hit hardest, the creditors will get his stuff even if his enemies do nothing!! This is the true representation of Trump world right now. For whatever reason his political enemies wxnt to resurrect him and/or keep him alive. Anyway there's no way the Republican party is going pay him any heed much less nominate him.
