Pentagon Claims Lt. Colonel Stuart Scheller 'Incited A Revolution' By Criticizing Afghanistan Withdrawal On Facebook

Daily Mail: Marine top brass claims Lt. Colonel Stuart Scheller 'incited a revolution' by criticizing Afghanistan withdrawal on Facebook: Charge sheet is leaked ahead of secretive court-martial

* Lt. Colonel Stuart Scheller will go to court-martial on October 14 on six charges

* His charge sheet was first obtained by Task and Purpose, a military news site, and made public on Friday.

* He's accused of contempt, conduct unbecoming of an officer, willfully disobeying superior officers, dereliction of duties and failure to obey orders

* The charges are over his repeated criticism of the military withdrawal from Afghanistan

* He started posting on August 26 and continued until September 26

* He was then thrown in the brig at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina

* Scheller was released earlier this week after a landslide of public support

* Now, the charge sheet reveals how military bosses went through his social media account to back up their case * They say he 'incited a revolution' by calling for changes in leadership

* His attorney says it's a bogus claim from the military to make charges stick

Marine top brass has claimed in charges against Lt. Colonel Stuart Scheller that he was trying to 'incite a revolution' by repeatedly criticizing the chaotic Afghanistan withdrawal and calling for a change in military leadership, leaked documents have revealed.

The viral Marine posted that 'It’s time for a new generation to assume American power. We are ready, and we reject the current system... Follow me, and we will bring the whole f***ing system down… in a constitutional manner with one loud voice.'

Update: Leaked documents reveal just how concerned the Marine Corps was about Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller’s call for ‘revolution’ (Task & Purpose)

Weak yes. But I think of the USG as a mafia. Omertà is the code. He broke that code and now they will destroy him. Not like they did with Epstein but financially.

there is the military code. There is the military court. They will decide. Not those of us not involved but as spectators

This is such a stretch, even by current toxic political standards...

Katniss Everdeen: It must be a fragile system if it can be brought down by just a few berries

President Snow: It is indeed--but not in the way you imagine.

Katniss Everdeen: How should I imagine?

President Snow: You should imagine thousands upon thousands of your people dead...this town of yours reduced to ashes, imagine it gone, buried under dirt, made radioactive as if it had never existed like District 13. You fought very hard in the games miss Everdeen, but they were games...would you like to be in a real war?

I wish the US was merely a Banana Republic with nukes. They are showing their colors. With Joe back in Delaware and Kamala defeated in the polls, they will just move into the background, infiltrating and working until the next Democrat President is elected.

Scheller’s embrace of the word “revolution” in public remarks is far from the only reason why he is in legal trouble. Since his first video in August, Scheller has openly criticized multiple military and civilian leaders – including his own chain of command – and he has vowed to file charges against Marine Gen. Kenneth McKenzie Jr., the head of U.S. Central Command, in connection with the deaths of 13 service members at Kabul’s Hamid Karzai International Airport on Aug. 26.

Despite warnings from his command, Scheller continued his polemics on social media, going so far as to dare Col. David C. Emmel, commanding officer for School of Infantry-East, to place him into pretrial confinement.

“Col Emmel please have the MPs waiting for me at 0800 on Monday,” Scheller wrote in a Sept. 25 Facebook post. “I’m ready for jail.”

"There is the military court." Yes

"They will decide."

No, they will not. It will be decided by Milley, Austin, Ron Klain or someone at that level. They will tell the senior officer of the board, what the outcome shall be. The officer wanting to make the next one or two ranks will tell his fellow board members how to vote. I have seen it before. Everything will be verbal or nonverbal cues. There will be no written record.

4:16 does not know what they are talking about.

They are illegitimate tyrants, that's why they act in such manner

They stole the election, in fact not just this one

They enslave you
They steal from you
That want obedience

They're not legitimate
You allowed evil to fester

6:09 is a coy boy. He is so coy, dear readers cannot tell, of coy boy's speaking of
Lt. Colonel Stuart Scheller, 5:50 or what comment.

On the bright side, 6:09's day will be easier now that Governor Newsome has mandated tampons for the boys and men's bathrooms. Henceforth 6:09 will always feel fresh, if wallowed out.
