America will lose a new Cold War arms race with China within a decade unless it takes a tougher stance with Beijing, a Republican congressman has warned after the Chinese tested a new hypersonic nuclear-capable missile.
The missile travels at low orbit to dodge the US's defence systems and can reach speeds of 3,800mph to deliver its payload within minutes, with analysts fearing it gives the Chinese a significant advantage over the west.
While China was known to be working on the technology, the test took analysts by surprise and indicated Beijing's missile programme is more advanced than previously thought.
'We have no idea how they did this,' one said.

It holds hostage 1.5bn people under a system that is very much peaceful on the outside, but tyrannical within
Every Chinese knows that if he/she says the wrong thing, they will end up like Jack Ma. Billionaires are being disappeared if they speak out against their God, the party.
If you do not want to live under such a system, in which there is no freedom, no hope to escape, then do not vote Democrat again. Do not let these great reset pushers do to our nation "peacefully" and with the stroke of a pen, which entire armies couldn't force us to. This is simple threat inflation for funding and domestic political bashing.
